I loved staying at this place! The location was great - it was close enough to the city centre and yet quiet and peaceful. The service was amazing - the room was always clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also loved the amenities - there was a great range of room amenities including tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a terrace. The leisure swimming pool was a great way to spend a lazy afternoon, and the sun loungers were perfect for soaking up the sun.
This hotel was a fantastic choice for my stay. The staff were always on hand to help with any queries and the amenities were great.

Good-sized, clean room. Quiet and good value. Delicious fresh orange juice at breakfast with great variety of food. Beautiful interior with a nice swimming pool area. Convenient location near metro and bus station for easy access to attractions.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful and understanding, especially when we needed to extend our checkout due to a small accident. They didn't charge us for the extra time and even went out of their way to deliver some things to our room. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. the location, though not in the city center, was convenient with a bus stop nearby and a short walk to the metro.
Everything is what I need and want.

We loved the pool area, especially the kids zone with the PlayStation and Xbox. It kept our children entertained for hours. The hotel itself was modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and cute. The room had a nice view and the beds were comfortable. Plus, we were able to charge our electric car for free. The bus stop right next to the hotel made it easy to get into the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Madrid.
